51st Annual Utah Quilt Show

This juried exhibition features quilts of all styles and sizes created by some of the State’s finest quilters. Presented by the Springville Museum of Art and the Utah Valley Quilt Guild with support from the Corn Wagon Quilt Company.

Mary Ann Urban: You Gotta (Re)start Somewhere: My quest to finish my parent’s 25th anniversary quilt by their 50th and other mishaps.


Mary Ann Urban is a principal consultant for nonprofit fundraising & development, strategic planning & operations, community outreach & events, andlocal/state government relations. Her passion is arts, education, and anything that brings the two together to support the mental health and trauma recovery or empower minorities. She works state-wide to promote public art literacy through engaging with local communities, artists, and arts organizations. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Utah Cultural Alliance Foundation amplifies her work. 

Mary Ann fights for greater equity within Utah’s Cultural Industry and has served on UCA’s IDEA working group. She is most sought after for her expertise in land art, textiles and art quilts, visionary and outsider art. Aside from her work in arts and museums, she serves as an election worker in Cache County.
