Tickets Available Now: Sound of Ages at Springville Museum of Art

Imagine a guided tour of the 40th Annual Spiritual & Religious Art Show—but there’s a catch: your guide is the six-member vocal supergroup Sound of Ages, and the audience follows the singers from gallery to gallery in a "progressive, immersive concert” that connects visual art to timeless choral music!

If you love visual art or vocal ensembles in the tradition of The King’s Singers, you won’t want to miss the music, narrations, insights, and fun of “In This Place.” Music will feature works by Monteverdi, Bruckner, Bach, Will Todd, John Tavener, William Byrd, and others.

Concerts will take place Monday November 9th at 6:15pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance at the links below 

Sound of Ages seeks to find innovative third spaces between various opposites; old and new, sacred and secular, traditional and cutting-edge, formal and casual to bring diverse audiences into the art form. Narrative Concerts combine elements of traditional choral singing with light theater. Evensong Concerts combine elements of a traditional concert with the English Evensong service. Moveable Feast concerts take a traditional concert and combine it with elements of an art gallery tour. They have performed in both traditional and unconventional venues across the State and have been presented at Carnegie Hall. They will be performing in the NOVA Chamber series in the upcoming season and with Utah Symphony the following year.
